Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an established engineering company who is looking to hire a Sales Team Manager to join its Dubai based office. Our client is a leading manufacturer of positive displacement pumps and fluid handling equipment.
Reporting to the Middle East Cluster Manager, you will organise, direct and monitor the sales staff, ensuring that each Sales Manager or Engineer meets individual and overall targets. You will develop, coordinate and execute market and sales strategies, while providing forecasts and efficient reporting. The Sales Team Manager will coordinate marketing activities such as conferences and exhibitions, as well as develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will provide dedicated support to your staff, providing coaching and training to motivate staff to achieve targets.
Requirements
The successful candidate should possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and ideally an MBA. You should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial services company, preferably with a rotating equipment manufacturer. You should also have at least 5 years' experience in the Middle East. You should possess experience of data structures and automation of reporting and analysis. We are looking for a results driven candidate with a passion for team management and development.
