Sales Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coaching sales professionals and enhancing their skills to drive outstanding results. This role involves designing and delivering impactful training programs that empower our sales force to excel in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the real estate market in Dubai.
- Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops for new hires and existing sales staff.
- Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve sales techniques and performance.
- Collaborate with sales management to identify skills gaps and recommend targeted development initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends and incorporate relevant insights into training content.
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets through continuous learning and coaching.
- Maintain training records and prepare regular reports on training outcomes and impact.

- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and real estate market dynamics in Dubai.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design innovative and engaging training materials and programs.
- Results-driven with a passion for developing others and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Relevant certifications in sales training or adult education are desirable.
