Job description / Role
Synopsis
The sales training officer role is focused on supporting the Sales & Distribution organisation by deploying processes, procedures, and guidelines to enable sales. Developing, and deploying training programmes, taking ownership of sales content platforms, and ensuring that the tools provided by the Sales Enablement team are utilised across the teams worldwide.
Accountabilities
- Support the delivery of training globally for Sales & Distribution using online and offline methods
- Confident and able to host virtual live sessions and facilitate in-person classroom training sessions
- Centralise, manage and maintain the training and tools folders on the Sales & Distribution SharePoint site to ensure that the repository of sales enablement content is readily available
- Deploy guidelines, coaching and training initiatives on relevant systems to ensure that the suite of sales enablement tools are understood and used across the teams worldwide
- Introduce, design, and deliver training content across all tools/programmes used for Sales & Distribution globally
- Mapping and re-design of Sales & distribution processes, lead agreed upon improvements and track the implementation and adoption of the changes
- Responsible for the creation of new and upkeep of existing reports & dashboards, maintaining a repository of all reports under the remit of Sales & Distribution Training
- Maintain the New Joiners and Leavers access across varying training programmes and sales platforms
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper support and business engagement across training related activities
- Through a thorough understanding of sales roles, identify role related skills, key performance indicators and coaching requirements to curate and design learning pathways per role
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in relevant area
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience within relevant field
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts, organisational structures, and processes
- Sales training and/or Aviation industry experience is desired
- Strong verbal and written communication in English is required
- Strong project management, analytical skills, and senior stakeholder management experience
- Learning Management System (LMS) content design and experience facilitating is required
- Experience using LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, SalesForce, Tableau and Articulate360 is desirable
