Payfort is looking to hire a Salesforce Consultant in Dubai with 4+ years of experience in developing Salesforce solutions.
The role requires high skillset in the different products within Salesforce platform. It's a highly technical configuration, customization and development role on top of Salesforce, answering to the requirements of the different stakeholders within Payfort while adopting the industry’s best practices. Knowledge in the payments business is a plus.
The successful candidate will implement Salesforce from scratch. The candidate should be a fast and flexible learner to understand the current workflow of the existing merchant on-boarding and support process taking into account the different functions such as marketing, sales, underwriting, risk compliance, relationship management, customer support and others. The candidate will also challenge the existing workflow by identifying problems, coming up with creative options, developing clean and scalable technical solutions.
Key responsibilities and job requirements:
• Conduct business process reviews, validate and complete company requirements
• Identify all required configuration, customization and development
• Plan timelines in an agile environment with the ability to work alone and in a team
• Document and implement a new Salesforce instance maintaining usability, maintainability, scalability, availability, extensibility and security
• Develop project-level or application- or business-specific approaches and plans for testing, training, communicating and rolling out
• Conduct data mapping and migrate data from a legacy system to Salesforce
• Administer Salesforce and monitor data quality providing support to the teams across the enterprise
• Conduct impact analysis for potential changes and review change control logs to understand status and identify potential risk
• Solid knowledge and experience with Salesforce workflows, validation rules, formulas and Dashboards.
Requirements
• Experience in API integration and mass data manipulation.
• Experience in custom objects, and full functionality of standard objects.
• Active Salesforce.com certifications are a plus or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
