Job description

- We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to drive the enhancement and customization of our Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud environment. The role requires a mix of administration and development expertise, focusing on Apex development, flow automation, lead management, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- CRM Enhancements & Automation: Optimize lead management, automate lead distribution using built in and custom logic, and configure lead portfolio movements.
- Messaging & Communication Channels: Integrate WhatsApp and other messaging platforms for sales and customer service interactions, including automation of outbound messaging and SLA tracking.
- User Management & Security: Manage permissions, roles, and licenses, ensuring seamless access control and compliance with security best practices.
- Flows & Process Automation: Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce flows to enhance business process efficiency.
- Queue & Dashboard Management: Configure and manage sales and support queues, ensuring efficient lead distribution and real-time reporting for agents.
- Integrations & Reporting: Work on API-based integrations for lead imports, MS Teams and social media integrations, and configure scheduled reports to track key metrics.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Flows, and Process Automation.
- Experience in WhatsApp and messaging channel integration.
- Proficiency in permission sets, queues, and licenses management.
- Ability to develop and customize Salesforce dashboards and reports.
- Understanding of role-based access control and security measures.
