Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Responsible for leading to reach sales targets. Setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status, achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team, responsible for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling product to them. As well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business, you'll strive to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

AED 5,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive/Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management, minimum 4-10 years experience.
