Salon Barista

Job description / Role

Quest is working with a leading salon business in the Middle East, looking for Baristas to join their team in Abu Dhabi. They are looking for UAE based candidates with at least 3 years relevant experience in a similar role.

As a Barista, you will:

- Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks to clients
- Provide quick, efficient, and excellent customer service at all times
- Respond to client orders, questions, and concerns in a gracious and efficient manner
- Ensure menu offerings meet quality standards
- Ensure that equipment follow the health and safety standards

Requirements

- English speaker, UAE- based
- With at least 3 years’ experience in similar capacity
- Experience as a Barista in a busy Salon / Parlor is highly preferred
- Presentable, well-groomed, can multi-task and deal with different types of people
- Can handle cash / credit card payment transactions; with basic math skills
