Position Title: HR Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up 5,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on candidates experience and qualifications
Job Location: Al Warqa and Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is a salon and spa for women which offers a wide range of quality products and personalized spa services
Job Role:
- Handle payroll of 30 employees in the salon
- Process licenses renewal and other PRO tasks
- Oversee recruitment tasks and process – local and overseas and work with agencies as needed
- Alternately check the two salon branches each week
- Ensure the department is adhering to company policies and regulations
Requirements
Requirements:
- Female, 40 years old and below
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR preferably in PRO role from the wellness industry
- With a strong background and knowledge in Immigration and Labor law
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Candidates must have a valid UAE driver’s license and own car
- Willing to be assigned either in Al Warqa or Dubai Silicon Oasis
- Immediate joiners are prioritized
