You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
- This will be a Lead and SME role on SAP IBP solutions who will be responsible for delivery and sales of SAP IBP in the region.
- Develop go-to-market strategy inline with the practice strategy and manage relationships with SAP in the region.
- Lead and consult with client technical/functional teams to design and invent processes and solutions to optimize performance.
- Coordinate teams in the discovery, understanding and resolving of anomalies to ensure solution and delivery quality.
- Work with the Team in the delivery of high-quality work and adapting to new challenges for continuous innovations in SAP IBP.
- Stay up to date on the SAP IBP innovations and functionalities to bring the latest value to the customers.
- Manage and lead teams through resolution of client business challenges and solution performance.
- Ability to lead workshops, gather and document business requirements along while working with IBP team to configure requirements.

Requirements

Requirements
- 10-12 years of implementation experience of technical/functional knowledge of Supply Chain modules and SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Inventory, Response and Supply, Supply Chain Control Tower
- Must have past experience in pre-sales and sales of SAP IBP and supply chain solutions for customers preferably in different industries.
- Proven implementation, pre-sales experience on IBP modules.
- Implementation experience of IBP with S/4HANA for at-least 1 organization in relevant industries.
- Display architect level functional and technical system knowledge of SAP IBP standard processes and configurations.
- Demonstrate strong ability to analyze and consult with clients on highly complex supply chain technical/data issues utilizing analytics and visualization tools to efficiently address business problems.
- Experience in 3rd Party Vendor Integration for APO - DP, SNP & PPDS & CIF for (3rd Party Contract Management)
- Experience in HCI and integration scenarios between IBP and SAP.
- Experience in leading Business Process & Technical Solutions to defects on DP, SNP & PPDS
- Lead Design sessions for enhancement defects for DP with the Business & 3rd Party Contracting & Coordinate design session for SNP & PPDS with third party & the business.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- SAP certification preferred
