SAP MM / Autosys / EDI Expert

Job description / Role

- Ensure support in the MM process
- User assistance via Phone / E-mail for questions and issue resolution
- Detailed understanding of MM related Master data like Material Master and Vendor Master
- Assisting Vendor Master Administrator
- Creating and Maintaining of procedures / Training material to support Vendor Master Admin
- Assisting business in the Material Master creation process
- Clear understanding procurement processing into SAP ECC6 MM module.
- Purchase Requisition Creation Process
- Purchase Order Creation Process
- Approval process - Workflow
- Outputs related to Purchase Order Processing
- Understanding the impact of corrections and changes on a Globally used ECC6 Instance.
- Ensure support of the Autosys Batch job processing
- Ensure support of the EDI Interfaces with 3rd parties

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience
- Min. High School Graduation or more. University Degree is considered as a clear advantage
- SAP MM certification is considered and advantage. Other additional modules certification is considered an advantage as well.
- Business Work Experience, especially job assignment in Europe or US is advantageous (2 - 4 years working within the business – preferably non-IT MM related area.)

Skills
- Fluent (spoken & written) in English. Additional languages are an advantage. Clear English pronunciation is a must in order to be able to communicate with business users by phone or to participate in global conference calls.
- Good resistance to stress, multi-tasking.
- Customer oriented, taking initiative, pro-active.
