SAP Project Manager (Cloud 4 Customer) 12 Months, Dubai, Up to 35,000 AED Per Month (Negotiable) URGENT
Client is a multi country, multi industry, retail giant who are undergoing a major transformation programme involving many aspects of technology, people and processes based in Dubai with other offices across the Middle East.
This role is to lead a program of highly complex strategic/transformation projects delivering holistic change including delivery of Target Operating Model, Organisational Change, Business Governance and Business Benefits.
• You will develop the program strategy, supporting business case and various enterprise wide high-level project plans in conjunction with Business Solution Managers
• Establish program demand priorities, critical, need by date, pre-requisites, dependencies, risks, assumptions, coordination of platform evaluation, cost estimation, benefit measurement plan, road map for execution; covering all dimensions of Target Operating Model, Business Governance Changes, Organisation Change, Change management, etc.
• Drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, and preliminary schedules in conjunction with Procurement team; participate in vendor evaluation process & contribute to the successful selection
• Establish a detailed understanding of Program Vision, Business or Group Function Objectives, Key drivers of change, Target Operating Model Maturity changes and drivers, proposed organisation impact, etc.
• Support Business Leadership to mobilise and resource program successfully, setup program governance structures and program logistics
• Manage program holistically from inception to service transition ensuring that the Program Vision Business Objectives and Business Benefits are delivered
Requirements
What you'll need to succeed
• You will have at least 7-10 years Project Management experience, ideally in SAP Domain or ERP Systems.
• PMP or Prince 2 certified
• You will have proven experience of delivering transformation, strong appreciation of change management requirements including people and process
• You will be highly desirable if you have experience within facilities management, real estate sectors and Cloud based CRM implementations.
• You will of previously worked with third party integrators and have strong interpersonal skills, engagement and influencing skills across multiple organisational layers (including C-level).
This shouldn't be the first time or the last time you will of had to deal with demanding stakeholders and focused on delivery.
• Arabic speaking may be an advantage but not essential
