Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, a leading Dubai based Scaffolding & Formwork Company we are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager with at least 10 years of experience working in a mid to large sized scaffolding company in the UAE of GCC.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible to lead and coordinate a team of sales staff, designers, manufacturing and experienced scaffolders to ensure successful execution of jobs on time and within budget.
- You will represent the company in client meetings, price negotiations, contracts and tenders.
- Candidates need to have experience of Formwork and Wallform systems.
- The role will be based in their Dubai head office.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be based in UAE and working for a medium to large Scaffolding and Formwork Company.
- You must have experience of Formwork and Wallform systems as an operations manager.
- Experience of leading projects and teams is required, alongside the relevant training and safety experience.
- A valid UAE driving licence is expected.
