About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate School Counsellor to join our team for the next academic year commencing from Sept 2023.
The successful candidate will be an experienced School Counsellor who is driven to provide outstanding care and wellbeing to our students, families and staff. We are seeking to appoint a talented, highly motivated and committed School Counsellor. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of providing schools and parents with consultations, individual support and counselling/therapeutic interventions; as well as delivering workshops to colleagues, parents and students.
Requirements
Successful applicants will have:
- A certified counselling qualification with exceptional subject knowledge;
- Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
- Have an outstanding understanding of child protection and safeguarding;
- Have an exceptional knowledge of student emotional development and wellbeing;
- Have proven communication abilities coupled with efficient competencies in the area of student development;
- Be resilient and positive in outlook.
