Position Title: School Partnership with Parents Specialist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An independent federal entity responsible of enhancing the efficiency of the UAE's public education sector
Job Description:
• Receiving and reviewing periodic reports or feedback from the concerned departments and units regarding the services of parents in the school environment
• Preparing recommendations and reports for the leadership of the institution, implementing the approved recommendations, and presenting them to the officials
• General coordination with the management of school branches, educational units and concerned departments regarding any real-time updates
• Coordination with the Department of Educational Staff Development and Care in developing educational and administrative staff training programs to involve parents in the educational process
• Follow-up and general coordination with the concerned departments regarding the activities of parents in the school environment
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Male/Female, 30 years old and below
• Masters/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Education and Teaching
• Minimum 2 years of experience for Master’s degree, 4years of experience for Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience for diploma graduate
