POSITION OVERVIEW
The Schools & Corporates Sales Executive will be responsible for driving visitation to OliOli through a primary focus on schools, and a secondary focus on sales to corporates.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Understanding the Landscape
• Build and keep updated a CRM for all the schools (private and public), nurseries, and other community organizations in Dubai; capture details such as school curriculum, number of primary year students, number of primary year sections, the contact details of the activities coordinators within these institutions, number of field trips undertaken by the school in a year, preferred venues, etc
• Develop a granular understanding and database of all the key competitors within this space – and their offering (timing, program, duration, food, USP, price point, and other pertinent details)
• Identify and establish relationships with all the key tour operators that can be a source of large field trip volumes
• Based on extensive discussions with educators and other stakeholders, identify the gaps, pain-points for teachers, and constraints in the markets that OliOli field trips can solve

Drive field trip visitation to OliOli
• Be a positive ambassador for the OliOli brand
• Call/visit each institution (meeting relevant people) – with the objective of introducing OliOli to them
• Establish strong professional and institutional relationships with the relevant professionals at the larger schools
• Respond to inward enquiries in a timely manner and ensure those are converted
• Ensure visitation and sales target are met

Corporate Sales
• Replication of the above responsibilities in relation to sale to corporates

Other
• Contribute to a positive, team-based, and “guest-first” centric culture
• Perform other duties and be involved in projects and activities that contribute to the achievement of OliOli’s objectives

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in business development/sales within the schooling industry is a must (preferably in relation to leisure & entertainment assets)
• Must have strong networks/connectivity/database in the K-12 industry
• Ability to work within a highly diverse environment
• Excellent grasp of the English language. Arabic is a plus

Education
• College degree is required. Background in education is a plus.
