Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting a Scrum Master (Web & Mobile) to join a dynamic team here in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity to take leadership of technical projects by implementing an Agile wide solution across a changing and exciting business. You would be required to ensure the successful delivery of assigned business IT projects by applying best practices in project, system integration and change management to achieve on time, on budget delivery of the intended business benefits.
Requirements
Applications are sought from those with the following experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Information Sciences
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience working on IT project delivery, with experience involving managing large scale business
• IT projects (or programs) end-to-end (initiation through business implementation) using industry standard project/program management methodologies
• A Scrum master with experience of digital, CI/CD and projects delivery
• Demonstrated experience with designing, planning and delivering business IT solutions that enable business change/transformation
• Highly competent in project risk and issues identification, mitigation (risks only) and management; and reliable status reporting
• Extensive knowledge of project and program management practices, usually holding a project management certification from a recognized professional body (such as Project Management Institute)
