Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The office of the CEO is the communications office of IHC and reports to the CEO. The office has the responsibility of keeping contact with media, update website and other social media communications tools.

- Prepare correspondences, presentations, concept papers and various other documentations in professional English and Arabic.
- Manage CEO’s diary of appointments and meetings
- Review all communications submitted to the CEO’s signature/ approval.
- Organize and maintain effective physical and electronic filing of all outgoing and incoming mail of the CEO office, including quick and thorough indexing for ease of access and retrieval.
- Professional translation from English to Arabic and vice versa
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

- 3-5 years’ experience in office management, executive secretarial work
- University degree from recognized academic institution
- Fluency in oral and written Arabic and English is mandatory
- Any other language is only desirable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with special ability to write clearly in different subject matters.
- Able to work with a minimum of supervision and establish priorities and to plan, coordinate and monitor own work plan.
- Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Excellent time management.
