Secretary

Job description / Role

Our client is the overseas arm of Saudi Aramco, overseeing FEED, Detailed Design and Project Management activities in locations across the globe for upcoming mega projects in the kingdom.

Due to the release of new work packages, we are seeking an experienced Secretary to join the team, reporting directly to the Project Manager and Business Administrator, two senior figureheads of the project.

The job holder will be highly competent as a Project Secretary and comfortable reporting into senior members of staff. Experience with Aramco will be highly desirable, but an alternative background within Oil and Gas, working on similarly large scale projects will also be viewed favourably

On offer is the chance to work on a long term contract until the end of 2023 and further, on a very high value project. There will be opportunity to stay with the client on other projects worldwide having secured this experience, including working on site in Saudi Arabia if desired.

Requirements

High standards of accuracy, communication, organisation and punctuality are essential. You will be working very closely with high profile management and directors / VPs, and as such an excellent eye for detail, work ethic and enthusiastic demeanour will be very much required in this role.
