Job description / Role
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
• Respond to Emails and inquiries.
• Support the managing director and sales team to close the project.
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers for client inquiries.
• Coordinate with overseas team to ensure precision and delivery of import and export orders and services.
• Consistently report and update the progress of the proposal to the Managing Director to take corrective action when required.
• Arrange meeting schedules of Managing Director.
• Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions when needed.
• At least 2 years experience as Secretary or similar role.
• Preferably Filipino Lady.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and at least basic photoshop skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Pleasing Personality.
• Dedicated to work.
