Job description / Role
- Handling all incoming calls and emails
- Handling meetings appointments and schedules
- Welcome and greet all clients and guests
- Keeping track of all documents and files related to the company
- Handling petty cash and requests related to office requirements
- Handling all administrative tasks with efficiency
- Minimum 3 years experience as an admin or secretary
- Great English and Arabic verbal skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in business administration or any related field
