Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives: We are looking for an efficient, well presented Secretary. You should be able to work independently and have good Communication skills. Bonus and other perks will be explained if you are selected for the interview

Reports to: Manger
Duration: Permanent, 2- year Contract
Desired start date: Immediately
Probation: 6 months
Working Hours: Sun-Thu 08:00-06:00pm, Sat 08:00-05:00pm

Main responsibilities:
- Reply to emails, distribute inquiries
- Attend weekly meetings and take minutes
- Prepare daily reports, schedules, book appointments
- Check office supplies, place orders for supplies, place orders with vendors
- Make hotel and flight reservations, gate pass registration, online transactions
- Deal with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
- Professional work presentation

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Nice to Have (Graduate Preferable)
- Nature and length of previous experience: Mid-Level (2-3 years experience)
- Specialist knowledge: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Gender Preference: Female
- Nationality Preference: None
- Language Fluency: English
- Current Location: Dubai
