Job description / Role
Secretary up to 4K AED for a Construction and Engineering Company in UAE
- Duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
- Assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.
- Will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.
- Open to ANY NATIONALITY, Arabic candidates is preferred
- Male/Female, 35 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the same role
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
- Must be familiar with design office procedures, and possess expert typing and word processing (MS Word for Windows) skills and have other computing skills, e.g., Excel and PowerPoint
- Can maintain positive and courteous attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and team player
- Can join immediately (max 1 month)
- Work Location: Dubai, UAE
- Salary up to 4,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
