Job description / Role
• Responsible for daily communication like answering phones, filing, and typing business correspondences.
• Provides a full administrative support with direct submission, approval or information of CEO.
• Provides comprehensive support services to the CEO that ensures a professional, responsive and effective experience with the organization.
• Administers correspondence, manages incoming calls, and prioritizes phone messages, emails and mail. Writes error-free, eloquent emails and letters for various events and announcements.
• Takes notes and distributes meeting minutes, agendas and meeting packages.
Requirements
• Open to any Nationality
• Female, 30 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree or any related field
• Minimum of 3 years local or outside UAE experience
• Must have Administrative and Secretarial experience
• Good and pleasing personality
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• Must be energetic, quick learner and responsible
