What we are looking for: Section Sales Supervisor - Level Shoes

The Section Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the team of sales executives to ensure they achieve the sales target, and deliver exceptional Guest Experience; and ensure implementation of the company's policies and procedures

What you'll do:

- Delivery of exceptional Guest Experience & building customer loyalty
- Provide exceptional Guest Experience as per the retail guidelines
- Implement the Moments of Truth.
- Inspires the sales team with a strong Passion AND Expertise.
- Makes Guest feel Unique during every interaction.
- Ensure Mystery shopping results are consistently positive & exceeds expectations.
- Ensure that the section is manned at all times & that all the guests are attended to.
- Sales Achievement
- Meet the department KPIs as per target
- Participate with the sales executive team in generating sales through high selling techniques
- Coach sales executives on product knowledge & selling skills
- Prepare rosters for sales team for the respective section & share it with the Manager
- Provide qualitative feedback about missed sales opportunities and the previous week's trade to the managers to take appropriate actions.
- Visual Merchandising
- Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display, lighting and stock rotation
- Implement all merchandising as per the brand's visual merchandising guidelines
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to check presentation standards
- Store Inventory Management
- Responsible of stock variance in stores
- Participate in cycle counting criteria based on concerns or recurring issues in stores
- Perform spot checks on items based on SORT results

Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:

We see success in the role as having a strong knowledge of the luxury consumer, the competitive landscape of the luxury industry, and an in-depth understanding of the evolving media and digital landscape in order to drive the brand vision regionally and globally, constantly elevating our ability to acquire new customers, retaining existing customers and continuing to drive sales in the luxury/lifestyle category through consumable content. More specifically, we would love to hear from you if you can say yes to the below

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisor role
- Expertise in sales techniques, product knowledge, and coaching your team members
- Confident with surprising and delighting our guests in store with sound customer focus and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with all aspects of merchandising; including cleanness, stock rotation and inventory
- Comfortable reporting to back office and senior management
- Expertise in setting goals, targets, and KPIs on a monthly basis and following up on the same
- Comfortable running a store when store manager is not present
- Worked in a high-end luxury/flagship store
- Experience in dealing with conflicts and problem solving
