As Security Channel Marketing Leader, you are responsible for developing and executing Channel Go to Market Strategy and Plan for the BU to drive autonomous BP contribution KPIs for the BU. This includes driving headroom for growth with existing channels, market-to next generation partners, driving marketing plans with eligible partners leveraging IBM Go to Market levers to maximize autonomous BPOI and WR. Work with partners to drive competencies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the annual Channel Marketing Plan in line with the local business priorities for the BU

- Develop a thorough understanding of the market.
- Define the go to market strategy, value proposition based on market opportunity and the IBM channel revenue growth plan.
- Lead the partner segmentation and capacity planning
- Work closely with the Middle East and Africa (regional) portfolio leaders to support the category marketing strategy and implementation

Deploy Business Partner marketing skills programs & tools aligned with the Channel Enablement Strategy

- Liaise with the Channel Enablement Leader and Channel Brand Leaders to define enablement strategy and support education- and specialized skills initiatives.
- Drive the BP channel enablement programs to support the business partner transformation and skills development to accelerate the move to growth opportunities.

Deploy the IBM Co-Marketing Incentive Program

- Work closely with the eligible partners to set up a marketing plan in line with the IBM business channel strategy for the BU
- Drive Co-Marketing funding utilization with the selected partners
- Responsibility of the Co-Marketing ROI and overall Channel marketing performance
- Understand the Business Partner landscape and qualification criteria
- Full knowledge of the program Terms and Conditions

Ownership of the Partner communication strategy

- Localization and validation of global content to meet local market requirements with an integrated communication strategy; end to end management and integrated delivery of locally generated/targeted content
- Manage and customize Business Partner communications
- Identify top performing Business Partners for public reference opportunities
