Job Description

We are seeking reliable and alert Security Guards to ensure the safety and protection of clients’ premises. The ideal candidate must be disciplined, attentive, and able to respond effectively to security concerns. Candidates must currently be inside the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and protect assigned premises to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, or safety violations
• Conduct regular patrols and report any suspicious activity
• Manage entry and exit of people, vehicles, and materials
• Respond promptly to emergencies following standard procedures
• Maintain daily activity logs, incident reports, and security documentation
• Provide assistance and guidance to visitors in a polite and professional manner
• Follow lost-and-found procedures
• Ensure uniform and grooming standards are maintained at all times

Requirements
For SIRA Certified Candidates:

• Valid SIRA Certificate (mandatory)
• Experience as a security guard preferred
• Visit / Cancelled visas accepted
• Immediate joiners

For Non-SIRA / Fresher Candidates:

• Physically fit and medically clear
• Basic English communication skills
• Training can be provided
• Must be inside UAE (visit/cancelled visa)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 1,900 – 2,100 (based on experience & certification)
• Accommodation & Transportation: Provided
• Visa & Medical Insurance: Provided
• Working Hours: As per UAE labour law (with overtime as applicable)

Candidate Profile

We are looking for disciplined, attentive, and professional individuals who can maintain a high level of safety and security across assigned locations. The ideal candidate must be physically fit, reliable, and able to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.

• Ability to remain alert and proactive at all times
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A polite, respectful, and customer-oriented attitude
• Capability to work long hours and handle outdoor/indoor environments
• Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
• Ability to follow instructions and security procedures accurately
• For SIRA roles: Valid SIRA certificate and previous security experience
• For non-SIRA roles: Willingness to undergo training and learn security protocols

Salary:
AED 1,500 to 3,750 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
