Job description / Role
On behalf our client who is a multinational manufacturer of Paints & Coatings with very strong presence across Middle East, India and Eastern Europe, we are looking for experienced Segment Managers. We need 4 of them covering Decoratives, Protective, Automobile and Powder Coating.
The Segment Managers would operate at the Group level with extensive travel across all the countries and would be the custodian of their particular segment in terms of production, sales, distribution, service etc. We are essentially looking for product managers who would be the subject matter expert for their respective segments.
Requirements
Candidates need to be from the Paints & Coatings industry only with minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role and an expert on any of the above segments. They should demonstrate strong subject expertise, knowledge of markets across GCC, strong connections with the industry and regulatory authorities etc.
Location will be flexible including UAE, Egypt or Jordan. We are open to all Nationalities but relevant experience and knowledge is mandatory. Appropriate educational qualifications and certifications are also expected along with excellent communication, analytical, team management and planning skills.
