SENCO / Head of Inclusion - Abu Dhabi (Aug / Sep Start)
An established American International school which has been operating for 30 years and has future to expand, is currently recruiting SENCO / Head of Inclusion, to join the team in August 2024! This is an exciting opportunity for any leader looking to work in Abu Dhabi and join a great establishment, whilst further developing your career alongside the growth of the school.
This school is an exciting place to work, with a team of teachers from the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, South Africa, as well as Arabic Teachers for their specialist roles. teaching the American Curriculum to local UAE children from the ages of 3 - 18 years old. Staff morale is high, and the school offers great facilities and resources, making it’s a lovely place to for students and teachers.
This role offers the following salary and package:
- Salaries starting at 15,000 AED - 18,000 AED per month – TAX FREE
- Annual accommodation allowance of 60,000 AED
- Annual flights
- Healthcare
- End of service gratuity
Education for dependent children
(1st child discount 100 % on Tuition fees and 2nd child 50% discount on tuition fees)
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate will be a qualified SEN / Inclusion Lead with experience in their home country and in the Middle East.
- You MUST have a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education
- You will be professional, passionate, and adaptable, able to offer excellent support to students across the school, whilst supporting the SEN / inclusion staff, offering training and implementing effective systems to support students with different abilities
- As SEN / Inclusion Lead you will be able to communicate well with staff, students, parents, and the wider community.
Salary:
AED
15,000 to 18,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
