Job description / Role

Are you an experienced 3D visualizer who would like to work on high-end international projects?

We are currently looking for an experienced individual to join our clients as a Senior 3D Visualizer in Dubai. Our client is an established developer in the UAE who is currently looking to expand its pre-concept and concept teams due to large-scale luxury international projects they have recently taken on. 

You must have experience creating photo-realistic images from architect's drawings - external, not interiors. 

The successful Senior 3D Visualizer will be offered:
- 23,000 AED 
- Dubai working visa

As a Senior 3D Visualizer, your role will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize construction projects
- Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients
- Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible 
- Assisting with planning decisions
- Creating both static visualizations and animations/CGI 
- Working with industry-standard design tools and programmes
- Visualizing building concepts in various graphic mediums
- Keeping up-to-date with relevant software advances.

- Good knowledge of English – both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner
- Analytical and problem-solving

- Ability to build rapport with work colleagues
- Ability to identify potential problems and propose solutions

Experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
- A strong portfolio showcasing photo-realistic 3D images of external projects 
- Experience working on residential or hospitality/resort projects 
- The ability to transform architecture sketches into 3D images 
- GCC experience would be ideal, but not essential

Salary:
AED 23000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
