Job description / Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Account Executive to join our thriving team in Dubai. This role is perfect for a proactive sales professional who is passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business growth in the BPO sector. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing key client accounts and identifying new business opportunities, ultimately contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BPO sector to expand our client base.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and market insights for management review.
- Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and other promotional opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the BPO industry or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and drive revenue.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing accounts and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
