We are hiring for a Senior Account Manager to be based in Riyadh, KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a point of contact for your clients and develop a strong, long-lasting relationship.
  • Maximize the retention of your portfolio.
  • Ensure proper pricing based on policy performance.
  • Identify cross and up-selling opportunities.
  • Service customers based on the company's Service Model.
  • Interact closely with other core functions (i.e., Risk, Claims, etc).
  • Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio.
  • Identify upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure long-term profitability and quality of customer portfolio.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Portfolio retention.
  • Business growth (top line development).
  • Profitability and quality of portfolio.
  • Customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score, Voice of the Customer).
  • Achievement of service levels per segment.

Key Requirements:

Market knowledge and product excellence:

  • Become ambassador of Allianz Trade to the market and offer services supporting the market position of the company.
  • Ability to establish and retain a positive network within the market with specific focus on key decision makers and influencers.
  • Develop strong technical knowledge.

Interpersonal skills:

  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze data.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Be able to control and manage negotiations effectively.

Trade credit insurance experience is an advantage.
