Job description / Role

- Accounts Payable – Local.
- Cost Allocation as per movies and Partnership basis for following recurring outlays:
- Shipping expenses – Petty Cash
- Fed Ex Expenses
- Aramex Expenses
- Midnite Expenses
- Advertisement Expenses
- Reconciling customs duty statement and allocating expenses according to movies and partnership.
- Checking and controlling freight expenses with store receipt and dispatch notes.
- Invoicing Flat Rental such a private screening, Flat Rental, DVD Sales and TV Sales.
- Gulf Film share booking on weekly for other Distributors.
- Possession of Petty Cash
- Issuing Cash for petty expenses for cinema and reconciling with Cinema Books
- Subtitling Invoice Booking
- Monitoring Freight Expenses of other distributors and recovering from their film shares
Gulf film Spare Pars
- Costing and purchase booking
- Sales Invoicing
- Reconciliation with Gulf Film Ledger
- Periodical stock taking
- Finalization
Subtitling Division
- Invoicing to Clients
- Follow up payments from outside parties
- Finalization

Requirements

- Highly detail-oriented, organized and ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with accounting software and programs
- Ensures confidentiality in all matters related to Audit and cash activities.
- Able to prepare daily and monthly revenue reports with comparison to the budgets
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departments policies / procedures
