Roles and Responsibilities
ACCOUNTING
- Invoicing/credit notes preparation
- Bookkeeping
- VAT declaration and other local requirements
- Management accounting
- Balance Sheet and Financial Statement
- Annual audit
- Local and Group reporting
LETTER OF CREDITS/BANK
- Letter of Credit process: opening, documents preparation, management
- Credit collection
- Bank Payments
- Treasury Management
SUPPLY CHAIN
- Shipments process coordination (factories and local distributor)
- Freight quotation
- Registration of products with local authorities and coordinate goods inspection
- Check launch feasibility for new countries/products with local authorities
OTHERS
- Employee visa management
- Medical insurance renewal
- Official Company documents renewal
Requirements
- Proven experience as senior accountant.
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements
- Knowledge of Letter of Credit and online Banking activities
- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages and Excel.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant hands on accounting experience.
- Qualifications. Acca or Ca or Cima
