Job description / Role
• Preparation of accounting journals and evaluating reports to always ensure the integrity of the company's financial health
• To mentor and train the junior accounting staff.
• Assisting in auditing and taxation processes of the company.
• To make financial suggestions based on report analysis regarding expenditures, savings, cost-cutting, reserves, etc.
• To review and rectify the entries done by the junior staff.
• Help the company liaise with other companies and ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Ensure payments are uploaded and processed
• Preparation of Tax returns and then remitting and filing after approval
Requirements
Qualifications and Certifications:
• Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance preferred
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Senior Accountant
• Profession CA or CIMA Certification preferred
Skills Requirement:
• Proven organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven problem solver, results focused, self-motivated and a proactive individual
• MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) proficiency required
Communication:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
