Position Title: Senior Accountant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
One of the well-known real estate developers in UAE

Job Description:
• Handle the accounting functions of new real estate development projects and other properties under management.
• Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, reconciling and verifying transactions
• Manage and monitor accounts receivable & payable, bank accounts reconciliation, month-end reporting, VAT Returns
• Assist in budgeting & forecasting, year end statutory audit
• Create and manage budgets for development projects, track expenses, and forecast future

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• Male, 38 years old and below
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role in Real Estate industry
• Knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT legislation, working knowledge in an ERP environment, Ms Excel
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
