Position Title: Senior Accountant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 10K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

About the Client:
A highly respected organization in the perfume industry; producing and distributing millions of perfumes to over 80 countries globally; with outlets all over UAE.

Job Description:
• Prepare, validate, and submit monthly VAT reports and returns for all group companies across GCC countries, ensuring compliance with VAT regulations.
• Ensure strict adherence to VAT laws and regulations across all group companies to maintain compliance.
• Identify VAT risks, develop remediation plans, and oversee their implementation to mitigate risks effectively.
• Monitor changes in VAT legislations, assess their impact on the company, and provide strategic plans and solutions.
• Handle corporate tax registrations with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) for all UAE entities within the group.

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic, CIS and Asian nationalities
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 4 years of experience in similar role preferably in perfume or non-food FMCG industry
• Must be proficient in dealing with VAT, Custom, ESR Compliance, UBO & Corporate Tax
