Job description / Role
• Periodic preparation of real state revenue report.
• Overseeing financial settlements, cheque withdrawal & issuance tax invoices.
• Audit reconciled bank statements, receipt vouchers & tax invoices.
• Ensuring correctness of received invoices from suppliers and ensuring on-time settlement of payments
• Monitors tenant outstanding issues.
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• A minimum of eight years of relevant UAE experience
• Knowledgeable with accounting software
• Expert in Windows applications and possesses good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ideally with experience in the real estate sector
