Job description / Role

Position Title: Senior Accountant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail and transportation.

- Prepare and post journal entries for fixed assets, accruals, deferred rent, prepayments, and other balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform month-end close activities, including close analysis, bank reconciliations and preparation of year-end audit schedules.
- Review and reconcile financial reports, rent rolls, accounts receivable, CAM charges, percent rent charges and management fees, ensuring alignment with the general ledger.
- Process full-cycle accounts payable, prepare sales and use tax filings, monitor income and expenses against budgeted amounts and review third-party management reports for accuracy and completeness.

- 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- Atleast 3 years of relevant experience within Real Estate & Construction industry
- Must be proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skill,

Salary:
AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
