Job description / Role
• Prepare accurate financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements, reflecting the company's financial position.
• Maintain records of the company's financial transactions, ensuring all sales and expenses are accurately documented.
• Develop and manage budgets to meet the company's financial goals.
• Perform audits to ensure the company's financial records comply with applicable regulations and are free of discrepancies.
• Analyze financial data using techniques such as financial ratios and trend analysis to identify areas of improvement.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the construction field within the UAE.
• Valid UAE residency and driving license.
• Proficiency in financial accounting software, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of financial regulations.
