Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing insightful financial analysis that will drive decision-making within the organization. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in compliance with regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and governmental regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and forecasting processes.
- Review and verify entries for financial accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data and offer strategic guidance.
- Support the external audit process by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory role in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards in the UAE.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
