Position Title: Senior Accountant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based, government-licensed offering recruitment, visa, and support services for domestic workers

- Execute the organization’s financial strategy aligned with long-term growth goals. Advise the CEO and Board on financial performance, market trends, investments, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, financial modelling, and reporting in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations. Ensure strong internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management systems.
- Direct treasury operations, cash flow, liquidity, financing, and banking relationships. Serve as the principal contact for auditors, regulators, investors, and shareholders while driving transparency and compliance.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, foster a culture of accountability and innovation, and collaborate across functions (HR, Operations, IT) to drive cost optimization, pricing strategies, and business expansion.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or any relevant field.
- At least 5 years relevant experience as Senior Accountant, Finance Officer, or similar role
- Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and accounting tools

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
