Overview of the role:

The senior tax accountant plays a crucial role in supporting the Al-Futtaim Group's tax operations. This position involves preparing direct and indirect tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations in various regions. The role requires collaboration with group tax and other departments, providing high-level support in tax audits and resolving system issues. Success in this role is defined by the timely and accurate submission of tax returns, effective document management, and a proactive approach to streamlining tax processes through automation. The individual should demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
