Position Title: Senior Accountant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Ajman, UAE

About the Client:
A premier real estate developer specializing in integrated property development, facilities management, and investment solutions across the Northern Emirates and Dubai.

Job Description:
• Manage full-cycle accounting including GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle UAE VAT filing and ensure IFRS compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.

Qualifications:
• Open to aged 35 and below
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (master’s or professional qualification e.g. ACCA preferred)
• At least 2 years relevant experience in UAE
• Strong understanding of IFRS and UAE VAT regulations

Salary:
AED 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
