Job Description:
- Diary management for the Business Leader to include meeting planning and invitations as well as providing a rolling 12-months planning system for all direct reports and employees for key activities and events.
- Plan travel including flights, hotels, car hire, pickups, visas, meeting confirmations etc
- Arrange/support internal and external meetings, conferences, company events, international trade shows etc.
- Support activities to maintain compliance with HSE and other key company pillars
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with prior experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle competing demands effectively.
- Professional, courteous communication skills with strong attention to detail and ability to identify key information.
- Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft and web-based programs; self-motivated, dependable, trustworthy, and proactive in completing tasks independently
