ADNOC Distribution markets, sells, and distributes transportation fuel to both retail and commercial customers. We also run non-fuel services at our service stations.

About the job

Collect, analyze and present information that is relevant to investor relations management, in line with corporate and investor relations strategy and guidelines, to ensure that all IR data are correctly interpreted and that the information communicated by IR to investors on the one hand and management on the other hand is relevant, complete, correct and readily available. Support implementation of investor relations strategy to diversify shareholding base and improve trading liquidity by targeting new pool of local investors.

Key accountabilities

Information sourcing & analysis

• Stay updated on latest industry developments and collect relevant industry peers' data, for the investor relations team to have all relevant information at its disposal
• Update data on company's stock price, trading volumes, analysts' forecasts, investors' feedback as well as similar data of industry peers for performance reporting and benchmarking purpose
• Analyse sourced data, under supervision of the department manager, to extract correct information ready to be communicated to the top management, investors and analysts
• Interpret data for benchmarking enterprise performance purpose
• Support development of internal financial and research models
• Analyze and summarize financial as well as operational data reported by third parties about the company and industry
• Analyze competitors' and industry's performance metrics and prepare a summary report as and when required by the management
• Monitor and analyze shareholder information, including changes in ownership, keep track of trading activity and investor meetings and identify different approaches to strengthen investor engagement program and to target new pool of investors

Reporting and documentation

• Prepare relevant materials for internal and external meetings and presentations, in line with the agreed-upon content to ensure that the information shared is relevant, correct and timely available
• Support the organisation of meetings and presentations, by coordinating the schedules with external and internal participants along with logistics, to ensure a smooth organisation
• Support department manager to prepare weekly/monthly IR dashboard for top management

External communication

• Identify new pool of local high net worth retail investors, family offices and institutions and suggest approaches to pitch our equity story to potential investors
• Prepare and deliver presentations to management and potential investors in presence of management as and when required

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or communication or equivalent
• 8 years of relevant experience
• Good communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Bloomberg

Professional certifications

• CFA is a plus
