Job description / Role
• To develop, implement, and monitor corporate/divisional scorecards and KPIs to ensure the company's initiatives and programs deliver on strategic objectives and goals.
• Work with senior stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and alignment on KPIs, measures, and divisional performance.
• Provide financial analysis of new and existing investment opportunities and support due diligence exercises to make informed recommendations and determine the next steps.
• Conduct research, analysis, benchmarking, market analysis, and risk assessment.
• Project-manage strategic initiatives.
• Provide support to the strategy team in terms of coordination, administration, etc.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of strategy development and business analysis techniques and methods such as Porter’s five forces, SWOT analysis
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent / MBA or Master’s degree in any related field is desired
• Financial and Strategic Planning
• Knowledge and understanding of Process Improvement
• Business acumen market trends, and competitor awareness
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in strategic planning and analysis
