Job description / Role
Our client is a leading Architectural practice based in UAE. Currently looking for a Senior Architect to join their well established team you will report directly into the business owner.
For this role it is essential to have worked on high rise hospitality projects, understanding the whole tower process on a building of at least G+40. You will be responsible for managing a team and will be expected to motivate and develop others.
Requirements
The successful candidate will posses over 10 years of experience in a similar position with the majority of which being in the Middle East. (preferably UAE)As mentioned for this role you will be working on high rise hotel projects so having worked on these type of buildings is essential.The ideal candidate will also come from a consulting background. You will be degree educated and knowledge of up to date computer systems ie Grasshopper and Rhino is an advantage along with Revit and 3D max as a must.
