Senior Architect

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with an Architectural Consultancy who is looking to hire a Senior Architect to join their rapidly growing, award winning team. As a Senior Architect, you will lead projects from inception through to completion working on residential, hospitality and mixed use projects on a global remit.

You will be responsible for project delivery from inception through to completion covering concept design, schematics and construction drawings. You will adapt plans accordingly, prepare and review designs as well as make specification cost estimates in relation to the project. Furthermore, you will liaise directly with the client regarding recommendations and updates on the project whilst advising on changes, possible concept solutions and documentation.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Senior Architect or seeking the next step up from a Project Architect position. This is an excellent opportunity to work with this award winning consultancy.
