Job description / Role
Well respected International Architecture practice in Dubai have designed and delivered a range of projects such as Towers, large scale Retail, Masterplan Communities, Hospitality and institutional facilities.
Due to the nature of largescale projects in the UAE, they currently seek an Experienced Senior Architect who can assist in delivery of such largescale developments.
This professional will be involved from Design Development stage, responsible for leading the project throughout design completion, technical documentation and through to completion.
Running a team of Architects, this individual will be an effective leader ensuring team productivity and quality assurance. Managing client relationships to ensure successful project completion and managing sub consultants throughout the life of the project are 2 key responsibilities.
Requirements
• 15-20 years experience of running large mixed use, retail projects as Lead Architect.
• Post Graduation of a Bachelor Degree in Architecture.
• Most recent large-scale project delivery experience in the UAE is Necessary.
• Excellent reputation for on track project delivery of largescale projects.
• Expert technical and construction knowledge of the UAE building codes and regulations.
Team orientated and high level of Emotional Intelligence required.
