Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Architect to join our award-winning team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position will be responsible for facilitating the coordination of the architectural and engineering services on the project.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Leading and managing a team with regard to infrastructure design work through all concept, preliminary and final design stages on a high rise mixed-use development project.
- Ensuring a high quality service is delivered throughout the project, whilst maintaining minimum standards in accordance with the Project Management scope of services.
- Evaluating and reporting on technical tender submittals.
- Advising the client on all matters pertaining to programming, concept design, schematic design, design development, working drawings, tender documents, tender submittals and evaluation.
- Monitoring the executions, administrations and performance of the design development.
- Responsible for workshops, progress meetings and design management meetings and will be required to establish the methodology for ensuring the production of complete and approved design, tender and contract documentation.
- Demonstrating excellent communication and time management skills

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 12 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Application (Word,excel, Project, Power point) and various Architectural design programs.
